WHAT THEY MEANT

We got a participation trophy from TIME, which we're interpreting as absolute validation of our entire existence. When we say 'customers run frontier models', we mean some humans somewhere might have clicked 'deploy' on something vaguely intelligent-adjacent. Our 'own terms' basically translates to 'we did a thing with computers, probably'.

REALITY CHECK

Getting on an industry list is nice, but doesn't necessarily correlate with technical breakthrough or market impact. Infrastructure flexibility is table stakes for modern cloud services, not a revolutionary achievement. The post hints at accomplishments without providing substantive technical or business metrics.
